Job Summary

As a Sr Product Architect in ISG you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that align with our companys strategic goals. With a focus on Linux Shell Scripting OmniPlus Omni Script VSAM and Cobol you will ensure the seamless integration and functionality of our products. Your expertise will drive the development of cutting-edge solutions in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain enhancing our product offerings and delivering exceptional value to our

Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of complex systems using Linux Shell Scripting OmniPlus Omni Script VSAM and Cobol to meet business requirements.

Oversee the development and implementation of scalable solutions that enhance product performance and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and technologies.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Analyze and optimize existing systems to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development.

Conduct thorough testing and validation of systems to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements translating them into actionable technical specifications.

Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies and methodologies.

Develop comprehensive documentation for system architecture and design processes.

Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure project alignment.

Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve user experience.

Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap development for future product enhancements.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in Linux Shell Scripting OmniPlus Omni Script VSAM and Cobol demonstrating a deep understanding of these technologies.

Have a strong background in Life and Annuities Insurance providing valuable insights into industry-specific challenges and opportunities.

Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical issues effectively.

Demonstrate strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.

Show a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects within specified timelines.

Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.

Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
