Sr Process expert - OTM

Key Responsibilities: - Execute OTMS tasks with 2-4 years of experience, working as an individual contributor to deliver on KPIs and daily tasks - Troubleshoot issues and identify process issues, utilizing solution-oriented approaches and understanding process maps to create IOP/SOP - Manage files effectively and analyze projects, inputting data for successful parallel run, testing, and deployment of Oracle TMS in the GSC - Test E2E files, process flows, data flows, and reporting capabilities, ensuring control effectiveness and escalating challenges as needed - Provide feedback to enhance user, system, and customer experience outcomes, aligning with KPIs and seeking guidance from the Project team and GPLs Qualifications Required: - Experience in OTMS execution for 2-4 years - Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and manage files effectively - Proficiency in project analysis, data input, and testing for Oracle TMS deployment - Strong communication skills to share feedback, seek guidance, and align with KPIs and process flow directions (Note: Any additional details of the company were not included in the provided job description),
