Sr Process expert - OTM

Key Responsibilities: - Execute OTMS tasks with 2-4 years of experience - Work independently to achieve KPIs and daily tasks - Troubleshoot process issues and identify solutions - Understand and create process maps, IOP/SOP - Manage files effectively - Analyze projects and input data for Oracle TMS deployment - Test E2E files, process flows, data flows, and reporting capabilities - Escalate testing and process challenges as needed - Provide feedback to enhance user, system, and customer experience - Seek guidance for KPIs and process flow directions from the Project team and GPLs Qualifications Required: - Experience in OTMS execution - Ability to work independently and deliver on tasks - Troubleshooting skills for process issues - Understanding of process maps and creation of IOP/SOP - File management knowledge - Experience in project analysis and data input for Oracle TMS deployment - Strong testing and reporting capabilities - Effective communication and feedback skills - Ability to seek guidance for KPIs and process flow directions Note: Please contact accommodationrequests@maersk.com for any special assistance or accommodations needed during the application and hiring process.,
