Enfinity Global is looking for a Senior Power Markets Analyst with more than 3 - 5 years of experience who will be responsible for conducting detailed US market research & analysis, performing production cost modelling, utilizing analytical skills to provide insights to clients, and communicating those insights effectively.

The candidate should have a deep knowledge of power markets with a special focus on solar and battery aspects. He/she will be also in coordination with other departments like land origination, power systems and offtake.

Additionally, the candidate will be involved in day-to-day market research.

This opportunity has a strong modelling, research and analysis components and candidates will be managing the same in cooperation with other members of the teams based in India and the US.

Our final candidate will require strong negotiation, research capabilities, verbal and written communication skills, a high level of proactivity, and be comfortable working in a very dynamic environment and with highly expansive growth strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in the energy sector.
• Experience in PROMOD or PLEXOS or any relevant production cost modeling software
• Ability to set, manage, and track multiple priorities and related details
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Package (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Fluent in English (professional vocabulary is a must).
• Creative thinker, trying to find new ways of doing things
• Hands-on mentality, and focus on getting things done
• Taking ownership and wanting to get things right

Desired Skills:

• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Master’s degree in Power Systems, Energy Systems or any renewable specialization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good communication skills in Hindi.
