Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager with 12+ years of expertise in project governance, resource management, audit and compliance oversight, and financial planning including P&L management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth project delivery, optimizing resource utilization, and driving PMO excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • PMO Governance:

    Establish, implement, and maintain PMO frameworks, standards, templates, and best practices.
  • Resource Management:

    Oversee resource forecasting, allocation, utilization, and capacity planning across multiple projects and teams.
  • Audit Management:

    Lead internal and external project audits; ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational audit requirements.
  • Compliance Management:

    Ensure all projects comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and risk management guidelines.
  • Financial and P&L Management:

    Monitor project budgets, track financial performance, manage P&L for assigned portfolios, and provide periodic cost/variance reports.
  • Project Oversight:

    Track project performance, manage escalations, and ensure delivery milestones are met.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and vendors to align project objectives and resolve issues.
  • Reporting & Analytics:

    Create and present dashboards, status reports, and performance metrics to leadership.
  • Process Improvement:

    Identify gaps in project execution processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the PMO.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 12+ years of overall experience with at least 10+ years in PMO roles.
  • Strong experience in

  • Excellent knowledge of PMO frameworks, project lifecycle methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), and governance models.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in PM tools such as MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
