Job Summary

Timings: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Duration: Minimum 2 Months Experience: 5+ years in Laravel Excellent English communication is must. JD Requirement:

• Experience with PHP and the Laravel Framework is must

• SQL database experience

• Normally you would be assigned to just a couple applications, but you may need to pivot to other applications as the team needs.

• You will communicate your progress and blockers regularly with the development team through text and voice chats.

• You may be asked to train other members of the team on any skills you acquire or technologies you discover/learn about.

• Your superiors may entrust you to integrate a new technology or create an application with little guidance on the low-level implementation details of a project.

• It’s entirely possible you know something other team members do not. We expect you to provide your ideas on projects to create the best applications possible.

• Critical outages or application crashes are immensely rare, but due to the small nature of the team you would be on-call 24/7 including holidays/time-off. We will do our best to avoid “calling in” and give additional off-time when necessary. Again, this is exceptionally rare.

• You understand this is not a rigid 9am to 5pm job. While most of your work will be done during these hours. There will be times depending on the project and/or deadlines where you will be expected to work after hours.
