Job Title: Junior Business Development Executive (BDE) Location: Sargasan, Gandhinagar Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month Experience: 1 – 2 years (Candidate with strong communication skills can apply) Timings: 02:00 to 11:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Generate leads using online tools and platforms Judge lead quality and prioritize outreach effectively Conduct cold calls (international market) to understand client needs Build rapport and qualify leads over the phone Write professional and effective cold emails Run email marketing campaigns and follow-ups Schedule meetings with qualified leads for the sales team Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly Requirements: Strong communication skills (verbal & written English) Good judgment and understanding of lead quality Experience or interest in international markets Self-motivated and results-driven Familiar with tools like LinkedIn, HubSpot, or similar preferred Show more Show less
