Sr. Pharmacist

• Manage patient medications, including dispensing, counseling and monitoring.
• Provide clinical services, including medication therapy management, disease state management and pharmacokinetic monitoring.
• Educate patients on medication use, side effects and potential interactions.
• Identify and report medication errors, near misses and adverse drug events.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient care and medication use.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking and monitoring medication levels.
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
• Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications to patients.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing pharmacy practice.
• Conduct health screenings and provide immunizations as required.
• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, patient interactions and inventory.
• Must possess strong analytical skills to address medication related issues.

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
