Job Description

Manage patient medications, including dispensing, counseling and monitoring.
Provide clinical services, including medication therapy management, disease state management and pharmacokinetic monitoring.
Educate patients on medication use, side effects and potential interactions.
Identify and report medication errors, near misses and adverse drug events.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient care and medication use.
Communicate effectively with patients, families and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking and monitoring medication levels.
Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications to patients.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing pharmacy practice.
Conduct health screenings and provide immunizations as required.
Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, patient interactions and inventory.
Must possess strong analytical skills to address medication related issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
