Sr Performance Marketing Executive

Job Brief:We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Executive with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in paid media. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across India, USA and Dubai for our Jewellery Brand. The role covers running conversion campaigns focused on e-commerce sales, with a strong focus on ROI, budget management, and performance reporting.Experience:3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing. • Plan and execute campaigns to drive conversions on our website.
• Manage campaigns across our e-commerce website.
• Run ads on Meta, Google, YouTube
• Use advanced targeting and retargeting to reach the right audience.
• Continuously test creatives, ad copies, and strategies to improve performance.
• Track key metrics such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), and clicks/views.
• Manage budgets efficiently to ensure optimal ROI.
• Provide clear weekly and monthly reports with insights and actionable suggestions.
• Collaborate with creative teams to deliver ads that resonate with audiences.
• Stay updated with latest trends, ad formats, and platform changes.

Requirement:

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Strong skills in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads
• Experience in sales / conversion-focused campaigns.
• Good understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights
• Experience in handling campaigns for different markets and audiences.
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Agency experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of SEO (bonus).
