Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design

  website creatives and landing page banners

  aligned with campaign objectives and brand identity.
• Create

  high-performing ad creatives

  for Meta, Google, and other paid marketing platforms.
• Develop visually engaging content for

  social media

  (Instagram posts, reels covers, stories, etc.).
• Design creatives for

  retention campaigns

  including emailers, WhatsApp templates, and push notifications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand briefs, campaign objectives, and target audience insights.
  
• Maintain

  consistency in visual identity

  across all channels.
• Stay updated with

  design trends

  in fashion, lifestyle, and luxury brands to bring fresh concepts.
• Adapt and optimize existing creatives into multiple formats for different platforms.
  

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in

  D2C/e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle brands

  .
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)

  and tools like Canva, Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing

  digital-first design work

  (ads, social media, website).
• Understanding of

  visual storytelling, typography, and color theory

  .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with quick turnaround.
  
• Basic knowledge of

  video editing/motion graphics

  is a plus.
