Track key metrics such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), and clicks/views. Manage budgets efficiently to ensure optimal ROI. Provide clear weekly and monthly reports with insights and actionable suggestions. Collaborate with creative teams to deliver ads that resonate with audiences. Stay updated with latest trends, ad formats, and platform changes. Requirement: 3-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing. Strong skills in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads Experience in sales / conversion-focused campaigns. Good understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights Experience in handling campaigns for different markets and audiences. Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. Agency experience (preferred). Knowledge of SEO (bonus). Skills Required: Running ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube Targeting and retargeting audiences. Designing and briefing creatives that work. Tracking budgets and ROI. You will be responsible for designing website banners, social media creatives, paid marketing assets, and retention campaign visuals (emails, WhatsApp, push notifications). Requirements 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in D2C/e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle brands . Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and tools like Canva, Figma. Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design work (ads, social media, website). Understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and color theory . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with quick turnaround.
