Job Summary:

PeopleSoft P2P Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support PeopleSoft P2P module implementations and upgrades (v9.2 and above).
• Conduct detailed

  Fit-Gap Analysis

  , gather business requirements, and provide effective functional solutions.
• Configure and maintain core P2P modules:

  Purchasing, eProcurement, Accounts Payable, Supplier Contracts

  , and

  Strategic Sourcing

  .
• Develop

  functional design documents (FDDs)

  , test plans, training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with technical teams for development, enhancements, and customizations.
• Support integration with upstream (e.g., eSupplier) and downstream (e.g., GL, Inventory, Projects) modules and external systems.
• Drive

  UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

  , system testing, and end-user training activities.
• Provide day-to-day support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root-cause analysis for production environments.
• Stay updated on Oracle PeopleSoft roadmap and suggest functional upgrades or optimizations.
• Work closely with procurement and finance stakeholders to streamline business processes and policies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in

  PeopleSoft Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

  functional consulting.
• Extensive experience with

  PeopleSoft 9.2 PUM

  and

  FSCM modules

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Procurement Lifecycle

  , vendor management, invoice processing, 3-way matching, and compliance standards.
• Experience in creating

  functional specifications, test scripts, training guides

  , and

  business process documents

  .
• Good understanding of

  PeopleSoft Integration Broker

  ,

  AWE (Approval Workflow Engine)

  , and

  Security Framework

  .
• Strong experience working with technical teams and end users in

  onsite/offshore model

  .
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client interaction skills.
• Prior experience with

  global rollouts

  and

  multi-currency

  or

  multi-entity environments

  preferred.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and procurement audit requirements is a plus.
