Sr. Partner Account Manager- NAMER (North America)

As a Partner Account Manager at Automation Anywhere, you will play a crucial role in expanding market share through collaboration with partner organizations. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the development and execution of regional channel strategies to enhance Automation Anywhere's market presence - Supporting the creation of joint go-to-market plans and business reviews with partner organizations - Collaborating with national and in-region partners to grow the pipeline for joint execution - Acting as an advocate for partners, keeping them informed and excited about Automation Anywhere's solutions - Contributing to the development of joint solutions with leading GSI practices To excel in this role, you should possess: - A BA/BS degree in Sciences or Engineering, with a preference for a background in Computer Science or Computer Engineering - 4+ years of experience in Enterprise Software sales or channel sales - Technical, alliance management, presales, and sales aptitude with a successful track record - Proficiency in software applications, especially Salesforce - Readiness to travel occasionally, up to 20-30% of the time Key competencies that you should excel in include: - Understanding of enterprise software architecture and technologies - Consultative selling skills, including prospecting, qualifying, objection handling, and closing - High energy and adaptability to fast-changing environments - Knowledge of software sales, marketing, and business development - Understanding of the customer life cycle journey and partner business models Joining Automation Anywhere as a Partner Account Manager offers you the opportunity to advance your career in a dynamic and innovative environment.
