Sr. Officer-Export Marketing

The Sr. Officer-Export Marketing will be responsible for developing new clients through various channels like soft media, social media, and telephone to drive business development. The role involves expanding relationships with existing clients and acquiring new clients to ensure a steady revenue growth. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients is crucial, along with addressing and resolving any complaints or issues they may have. The Sr. Officer-Export Marketing will act as the primary point of contact between key clients and internal teams, coordinating with departments such as Execution, Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing plant, and Management to meet client needs effectively. It is essential to understand the requirements of key clients thoroughly to provide customized solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. In addition, the role involves compiling various reports related to material stock, pending orders, production planning, and order forecasts to analyze business inflow and make future forecasts. Negotiating contracts with clients, monitoring account progress, and presenting reports on goals and initiatives are also part of the responsibilities. Timely delivery of orders with proper documentation and compliance is key, along with obtaining feedback from clients to improve service quality and secure further orders. The ideal candidate for this position should have an MBA in Marketing or Engineering (Any Stream) with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.,
