Sr. Node.js / Python Azure developer ( AWS To Azure Migration expert )

Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with expertise in Node.js, Python, and Azure, and proven experience in cloud migration from AWS to Azure. The ideal candidate will play a key role in migrating applications, performing code refactoring, and configuring applications for seamless deployment on Azure platforms including AKS, Azure Functions, and other PaaS or serverless services. Key Responsibilities: Lead the migration of Node.js and Python applications from AWS to Azure. Analyze existing AWS architecture, source code, and service dependencies. Identify and implement necessary code remediations and configuration changes. Refactor applications to integrate with Azure services including Blob Storage, Azure Functions, and AKS. Perform unit testing, provide application testing support, and troubleshoot issues in the Azure environment. Develop and maintain deployment pipelines, including scripts and CI/CD integration for containerized and serverless applications. Ensure seamless integration with Azure App Services, APIM, and microservices architecture using Kubernetes and Helm charts. Work with AWS and Azure SDKs for cloud-native development and migration. Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of experience in application development using Node.js and Python. Strong hands-on experience in developing and deploying applications on both AWS and Azure. Demonstrated expertise in AWS to Azure cloud migration. In-depth knowledge of Azure services like AKS, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, and App Services. Familiarity with Azure PaaS and serverless architecture for application hosting. Solid experience with containerized applications, Kubernetes, Helm charts, and microservices. Proficient in writing and maintaining deployment scripts and CI/CD pipelines. Hands-on experience in unit testing, debugging, and application support in the Azure environment.
