Job Summary

Designers are Responsible for Collecting Business Data from DHL country specific customer Preparing FRS and Technical Design Document and getting Sign off from DHL country POC Implement the approved design in Genesys CCAAS platform a) This includes Inbound Call routing, b) Call Handling on IVR, c) Platform configurations includes (Divisions, Sites, External Trunks, Phone Trunks, Groups, Roles & permissions, Schedule hours, Scheduled groups, Emergency), d) IVR Call flow development using Architect, Data table for configurable options, e) In Queue treatments, Queue, Skill configurations, etc.
