Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of robust backend solutions in .NET and/or Python (Django/Flask).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and DevOps.
• Architect scalable backend systems with a focus on clean code and efficient database design.
• Integrate AI/ML tools or API services into applications (where applicable).
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
• Optimize performance, security, and scalability of applications.
• Manage tasks and timelines within Agile/Scrum-based project environments.
• Keep up with emerging backend technologies and propose relevant innovations.

Required Skills & Experience:.NET (for Sr. .NET Role):

• Strong experience in C#, .NET Core/Framework, and Entity Framework.
• Proficient in RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and Azure/AWS.
• Experience with Microservices, Dependency Injection, and Unit Testing.

Python (for Sr. Python Role):

• Strong experience in Python with frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Familiarity with ORMs, REST APIs, and database systems like PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming, Celery, and Redis.

Preferred (for both roles):

• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes.
• Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine).
• Ability to write scalable, testable, and maintainable code.
• Good understanding of software architecture patterns like MVC, MVVM, etc.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in frontend technologies like React or Angular (basic level).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello.
