Sr Mfg Engineer Specialist

As a part of the ISC manufacturing organization, your role will involve supporting the achievement of (SBG) and metrics such as Safety, Quality, Inventory, Delivery, and Cost. You will act as the conduit of information between managers and staff, collaborating with materials management, quality, and engineering teams to address various issues on the shop floor. Being the liaison between supervisors and shop floor employees, you will also assist the supervisor in enhancing cell performance. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with both internal and external customers - Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to the team - Adhere to leadership standardized work - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and eliminate waste - Implement rapid-problem solving processes - Execute the escalation process effectively - Take responsibility for equipment effectiveness - Implement plans to address any issues that may arise Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in a manufacturing environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies - Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure,
