Sr Mfg Engineer Specialist

As a key member of the ISC manufacturing organization, your primary role will be to support the achievement of (SBG) and the attainment of key metrics such as Safety, Quality, Inventory, Delivery, and Cost. Acting as the central point of information exchange between managers and staff, you will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless communication within the organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with materials management, quality, and engineering teams to address a variety of challenges that may arise on the shop floor. By serving as the liaison between supervisors and shop floor employees, you will help streamline operations and ensure effective coordination within the Manufacturing department. Additionally, you will work alongside supervisors to enhance cell performance and drive operational excellence.
