Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Senior Merchant. The Senior Merchant will be responsible for managing product selection, pricing strategies, and inventory levels. The role includes analyzing market trends, coordinating with suppliers, overseeing product launches, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The Senior Merchant will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.

• Experience in analyzing market trends and developing pricing strategies
• Strong abilities in supplier coordination and relationship management
• Marketing and promotional campaign development skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in a retail or e-commerce environment is a plus
