SR. Merchandiser

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the team at the designated location and planning merchandising strategies. Collaborating with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities, and time-scales will be a key part of your role. You will supervise sample making, price negotiation, price confirmation, and order confirmation while maintaining both Sampling and Production Timelines. It will be your responsibility to keep a check on product quality and production control for timely order execution and delivery. Additionally, you will take overall responsibility for inspections and ensure timely execution of shipments. Analysing sales figures, customers reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs, as well as forecasting profits and sales to optimize the sales volume and profitability of designated product areas, will also be part of your duties.
