Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives with a strong focus on offline marketing. The ideal candidate will have proven team-handling experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and strengthen brand presence through strategic marketing campaigns.

Experience & Eligibility

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing
• Mandatory experience in Offline Marketing
• Proven team management and leadership experience
• Experience in textiles/apparel or retail/supermarket marketing preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products/services and achieve sales targets
• Lead offline marketing activities including local promotions, events, BTL campaigns, roadshows, hoardings, and vendor tie-ups
• Coordinate digital, print, and outdoor campaigns to enhance brand visibility
• Supervise, guide, and motivate the marketing team for effective campaign execution
• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, market demands, and competitor strategies
• Strengthen and maintain the brand identity in alignment with business objectives
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns and social media initiatives
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and partners for co-branded and promotional campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze ROI for continuous improvement
• Prepare, manage, and optimize marketing budgets efficiently

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Hands-on experience in offline marketing, especially in the textile/apparel domain
• Strong understanding of branding, positioning, and market strategy
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and result-driven mindset
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, PPC, social media) is an added advantage
• Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable marketing results

Qualification

• Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
