About Us:

Key Responsibilities

  1. Daily meeting with Plant In charge for understanding Priority, Issues & Challenges in Blocks
  2. To execute daily huddle department meeting for fix the priority for blocks.
  3. To ensure preventive maintenance and shut down maintenance is executed as per schedule for blocks, Warehouse, QA & QC.
  4. Co-ordination with Cross functional teams & QA for shut down / breakdown related jobs for blocks.
  5. Ensure & Execute change control related Jobs (Modification, Process change equipments) are performed and submit documents within time line.
  6. To execute daily walk through for vacuum pump & scrubbing system area.
  7. To ensure internal & external compliance of audit observation / IPQA Observations. Every week update by Tracker system.
  8. To Prepared Critical Equipment list along with critical spares for all equipments & Ensure Availability of critical spares in stores.
  9. Responsible for the planning & execution of modification work for system by maintain standard Engineering Practices.
  10. Ensure Pipeline fabrication & Installation with proper supports, Painting, Proper size nut bolts & right MOC.
  11. Monthly training for fabrication contractor for maintaining the standard Engineering Practices in plant.
  12. To approve specifications for engineering consumables to be procured. Monitoring inventory of spares in store and ordering for require spares.
  13. In case any repeated problem is arising then to be discussed with superior for finding root cause.
  14. Sending of old spares for repairing to outside party for maintaining the inventory.
  15. Maintaining the documents as per GMP Practices or SOPs.
  16. Prepare and review SOP related to department.
  17. To impart training to sub ordinates for maintaining the std. of plant.
  18. To ensure uninterrupted running of utility and process equipment.
  19. To control expanses of consumables of engineering department as per budget.
  20. To carryout periodic appraisal of the group personnel for their merit rating and participate in the recruitment, selection training and development of employees of the department including preparation of job description.
  21. To ensure maintenance of record of Books, Files, Registers etc. depending upon usage. List of such filing / records shall be prepared in order of convenient identification. To give instructions to all staff to be highly proficient in maintaining them up to date.
  22. Any other responsibility assigned by reporting Manager.

Experience/Qualification:

  • B. Tech/Diploma(Mechanical) with 15 to 20 Yrs of relevant industry experience.
