Job Description


  • Minimum of 8+ years in loan origination with proven management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams (100+ staff) with varying skill levels across multiple functions.
  • Possess a valid NMLS individual license.
  • Clean criminal background and credit score above 660 with no delinquent accounts, collections, charge-offs, or foreclosures.
  • Valid B1/B2 US Visa.
  • Reside within 100 miles of the licensed location.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end processing functions.
  • Customer-first mindset with the ability to make decisions that support client goals.
  • Proven ability to manage risks while driving optimal outcomes.
  • Action-oriented with a focus on sustainable results.
  • Commitment to organizational and client core values.
  • Talent development skills to align team capabilities with business goals.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • High attention to detail, goal-driven, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in high-pressure situations while maintaining exceptional customer service.
