Lead Java Developer + React JS

The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 6 years of relevant IT work experience. You must have strong experience in Java8, Springboot, Hibernate, and data JPA. Additionally, you should have exposure to advanced Java frameworks like Spring Boot and be proficient with SQL. Experience in Microservices and working with Python is a must. In this role, you will be responsible for defining re-usable components model using ReactJS while considering modularity, scalability, performance, best practices, and integration with service layers such as microservices and CMS. Experience in messaging services is required, and knowledge of Kafka is a plus. Familiarity with Multithreading is also beneficial. It would be advantageous to have experience with AWS cloud services. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals are essential.
