We are hiring for *Sr. Manager- Talent Services*

Exp: - 8-10 years

CTC upto 16LPA

Location - Sanand(Gujarat)

Work Mode - WFO

Qualification - MBA

Ensure end-to-end On-boarding process of Lateral/campus hires both permanent and contractual & Blue Collar employees into the system. Front Ending.

 Support & Coordinate with Central SAP process owner for hiring, exit related entries into the system.

 Ensure timely release of Daily/monthly MIS/EOR to concerned stake holders ( HR/ER Team)

 Orderly maintenance of employee personal files with timely updation. Record Keeping.

 Single point of contact for all the employees for any employee services related issues, Bonafide letters, query adressal etc. - Front Ending.

 Initiate and ensure coordinate timely closure of the exit / retirement formalities of employees

 Support the ex-employees in terms of issuing their service certificates, ESI number, UAN etc.

 Attending queries related Time office, Salary, PF loan, ESIC, PF, Pension, and E-nomination etc.

 Preparation of Discharge letters of long absentees as per input received.

 Blue collar categories separation action execution in SAP system as per input received- Coordinate with Exit Team.

 Data maintenance of transfer employees and new joined employees – Coordinate with Central Team if required.

 Provide new Joinee inputs to Central team within the time line (Bank details, ESI Number generation, and UAN generation) , As per process (RMS)

 MDM activities of blue collar – Coordinate / Updation in SAP HR etc.

 Providing require details to Auditors (Internal/External) as per need.

 Legatrix- completion of assigned activities within timeline.

 Also supporting Talent Operations activities as and when required within Sanand location, also like laisioning with Govt Officers , Employees Issues, Communications, etc.
