Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensure the quality measure of goods and equipments are as per the defined product specifications while receiving the goods and Equipments and on time gap/excess information to be communicated to the concerned stakeholders .
Mange all stock movements and follow through with any discrepancies that arise
Receipt stock in accordance with policies and procedures
Keep accurate records for all inwards and outwards inventory movements
Cost reduction though scrap and ply cutting sale
Price realization through scrap sale
Ensure all stock is appropriately stored at all times and is handled in an efficient manner.
Ensure 100 % compliance on store documentation as per SOP and ready to present at any point of time
Ensure on time communication to all stakeholders on receipt of material and data up-dation
Making and circulation of monthly MIS Reports( Daily, weekly and Monthly)
Ensure zero variation in actual vs books stock
Ensure non- pendency of GIN beyond 48 hours
Able to analyze pricing and market knowledge to dispose the scraps and also reduce the scraps
Ensure that all the product equipments and tools are kept in healthy/ safe and hygienic conditions as per SOP
Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures
Ensure employee safety training is conducted as per the requirements and company policies
Ensure maintenance and upkeep of the work place

Comply with all relevant procedures/guidelines with respect to BRCGS

Preferred candidate profile
