SR. MANAGER - SALES

As a Sales Executive, your role involves conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. You will actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Setting up meetings with potential clients and converting deals will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services. Collaborating with team members, creating reviews and reports, negotiating/closing deals, handling complaints, and gathering feedback from customers are essential for achieving better results. Reporting to management and sharing feedback with internal teams and seniors are also part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media - Set up meetings with potential clients and convert deals - Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services - Create frequent reviews and reports with team members - Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections - Collaborate with team members to achieve better results - Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams and seniors - Report and provide feedback to management Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role - Knowledge of MS Office - Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus - Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques - Fast learner and passion for sales - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach - Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations - At least graduate. An MBA would be an added advantage.,
