Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for sales in Chhattisgarh cluster and various cities location, taking care of sales of Schneider's entire product basket (PS/ IA predominantly). You will work closely with major contractors, end users in the industry, building & panel builders. Your responsibilities will include planning and mapping all customers allocated, managing the existing customer base, and developing a new customer base. Proper forecasting and achieving order booking targets for IA/ PS business will be crucial. You will develop new customers and work on new projects, leveraging channel partners to address customer requirements and nurturing them for technical capability enhancement. Your goal will be to gain market share within the region and ensure profits, delivery performance, and timely collection. You will manage sales promotions events and business development activities. Your role will involve negotiating, building relationships, clarifying customer queries, and working towards customer satisfaction. You should carry the corporate image effectively and be a solution provider to customers. Excellent influencing and convincing skills are essential, along with mandatory computer skills. Ideally, you should hold a B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics. Management skills would be beneficial for customer relationship and management. The role is full-time and requires a BE Electrical/B.Tech/MBA qualification.,
