You will be responsible to identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and support to drive business growth. We are looking for candidates with strong analytical skills, a passion for business development, and the ability to build and nurture partner relationships. KRA's :- Partner Prospecting and Onboarding Process Development and Implementation Training and Development of Team Performance Monitoring and Reporting Foster strong and mutually beneficial relationships with channel partners. Market Development - Building relationships with CA, Accountants, Tax practitioners Hiring, training, daily tracking & performance management of each team member Skill Sets / Requirements: Good verbal & written communication skills Good people and process management capabilities Working experience with SME businesses High achievement orientation. Takes full ownership of activities and outcomes
