Sr. Manager Sales

We are looking for a results-driven Influencer Sales Manager to drive the acquisition and development of influencers such as CAs, Accountants, and Tax Practitioners for BUSY Accounting Software.

This role combines direct sales, relationship management, and team leadership, and is ideal for someone excited about growing market share in a fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Acquire and onboard CAs, Accountants, and Tax Practitioners as influencers for BUSY Accounting Software.
• Engage influencers via calls, meetings, and demos to drive software license sales.
• Handle objections, close deals, and ensure smooth installation and user training.
• Build long-term influencer relationships for continuous customer referrals.
• Drive sales promotions, events, and partner meets to increase market penetration.
• Lead and mentor a sales team with clear targets and regular performance tracking.
• Conduct team training to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and share actionable insights.

Required Skills:-

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to learn software products deeply and deliver impactful demos.
• High achievement orientation with complete ownership of targets and outcomes.
• Experience in influencer/channel sales or B2B direct sales.
• Knowledge of Accounting, TDS, GST, or ITR software will be a strong advantage.
• Proven team handling and leadership capabilities
