Job Description

As a Sourcing Manager at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in executing sourcing projects to achieve defined country annual savings targets. Your focus will be on delivering strategic advantages through cost savings, lifecycle value generation, demand management, and innovation. You will lead and drive complex sourcing projects across various business areas, develop relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams, and ensure the preparation and execution of business agreements and contracts. Your responsibilities will also include supplier evaluation, selection, ongoing performance management, and coordination of new product and service introductions. Additionally, you will manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously, support broader category transformation initiatives, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures. Collaborating with procurement partners, you will design market intelligence frameworks to support the creation of category strategies and playbooks. To excel in this role, you should possess a bachelor's degree, meaningful procurement experience, and a track record of managing large, complex sourcing activities at an enterprise level. Proficiency in both the local business language and English, people management skills, and experience in mentoring others in Category Management methodology are essential. Preferred qualifications include the ability to adapt to change, strong analytical and financial skills, and exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Ariba, or Emptoris.
