Job Description

Sr. Manager – Regional Technical Services will administratively report to Regional head and will functionally report to Head - technical services. He will be responsible for Technical Support to customers for Grade establishment in the market in coordination with Marketing, Customer complaints resolution, New Applications development, technical surveys, Benchmarking exercises etc.

  • Technical support to customers for complaints resolution by way of trials, application development etc.
    • New grade establishment by way of trials at customer end. Providing feedback for grade improvement.
    • Sector surveys, Participation in marketing events and trade shows. Help in getting external agency approvals for Nayara grades. Feedback about competitors grades.
    • Arranging competitors grades for benchmarking exercise at NADC

    Qualifications

    Engineer / MBA, specialisation in Polymer/plastic is preferred.
