Key Responsibilities:

Process & Methodology Development

• Design, implement, and document processes for new products, ensuring optimal efficiency and quality.
  
• Review and improve existing methods using lean principles and ergonomics.
  
• Conduct time studies for new manufacturing and assembly processes and implement optimization measures.
  

Continuous Improvement & Cost Saving

• Identify non-value-added activities and implement solutions with cross-functional teams.
  
• Reduce overall process time through low-cost automation and small improvements.
  
• Develop and implement

  Poka-Yoke

  systems for assembly and machining processes.

Jigs/Fixtures & Resource Planning

• Design and develop new jigs/fixtures; improve existing ones.
  
• Ensure availability of critical spare parts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  

Training & Development

• Conduct on-the-job training and develop operators for critical workstations.
  
• Build technical skills through structured training programs and one-point lessons.
  

Performance Metrics

• Achieve production establishment targets.
  
• Drive process improvement strategies for the business unit.
  
• Reduce operational losses and implement cost-saving activities.
  
• Develop and retain skilled talent in the production team.
