Role & responsibilities 1. This involves responsibility for managing, monitoring and continuously improving upon manufacturing plant performance key standards including 2. Ensure safety, environment and efficiency of the facility 3. Ensure that all ingredients and processes align with Shariah law. 4. Cost & delivery on time 5. Provide assurance to Muslim consumers about the permissibility and safety of the product. 6. Test and monitor plant processes 7. Product and effluent quality 8. Raw material and energy/utility consumption 9. Plant cycle times 10. Operator training and utilization 11. Manage daily operations in plant facility 12. Remain in compliance with facility IMS standards and all HSE guidelines 13. Prepare, analyze and issue production and performance reports 14. Separate production lines or thorough cleaning between Halal and non-Halal runs (if sharing equipment).Avoid cross-contamination with Harm materials. 15. Maintain all administrative records 16. Control costs to achieve company budget goals 17. Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program 18. All authorised personnel entering the production areas shall practice personal hygiene including proper attire. Preferred candidate profile 1) Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants 2) Able to lead root cause analysis investigations 3) Proficient with SAP, MS Office etc. 4) Able to explain training material to operating staff 5) Aptitude for equipment operation and troubleshooting 6) Excellent communication skills If looking for opportunity can share the CVs on lalita.yeware@aartigroup.com
