Sr Manager - Process safety

As a Sr. Manager - Process Safety at the Safety consulting practice of a leading Risk Management Conglomerate, your role will involve: - Executing Domestic Safety Projects and participating in safety studies as a lead team member to provide specialist inputs. - Acting as a subject matter specialist to guide team members on process safety strategy implementation. - Engaging client management to advocate for the implementation of recommendations from safety study reports. - Providing insights on transformation projects to enhance the role of deployed site specialists for program effectiveness. - Collaborating with client senior management and PIC to understand requirements, identify solutions, methodologies, and deliverables. - Representing Chola MS Risk at national/international forums to showcase subject matter expertise and strengthen brand position. - Conducting training programs for clients as part of project execution and academy initiatives. - Working closely with the BD team to identify potential business opportunities and make presentations to clients/top management. - Managing a team of safety professionals by mentoring and grooming them. - Guiding and leading the team in preparing SMS Manual, procedures, and other documentation for clients. - Ensuring timely receivables as per agreed project terms and being willing to travel for assignments. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in Process Safety within O&G/Chemical/Pharma + consulting industries. - Proven track record of successfully leading safety projects and managing teams. - Strong communication skills to engage with clients and present recommendations effectively. - Willingness to travel as needed for project assignments.,
