Sr Manager - Process safety

Position : Sr. Manager - Process Safety The role is with the Safety consulting practice for one of the leading Risk Management Conglomerate. Industry mix expectations - O&G/Chemical/Pharma + consulting Ø To Assist Process Safety team in Executing Domestic Safety Project Ø Participate in the safety studies as a lead team member and provide specialist inputs. Ø Be a subject matter specialist for safety studies guiding team members on process safety strategy implementation. Ø Engage client management and convince them on the need for implementation of recommendations suggested in the safety study reports Ø Provide inputs on transformation projects to enhance role of deployed site specialists to achieve the program intent Ø Interact with client senior management and PIC to understand their requirements and identify potential solutions, methodologies and deliverables Ø Represent Chola MS Risk in various national / international forum to share our subject matter expertise and thereby strengthen the brand position Ø Conduct training programs to clients as part of project execution and also as part of the initiatives of academy Ø Work closely with the BD team in identifying potential business opportunities and making presentations to potential clients / top management Ø Manage team of safety professionals, mentoring and groom the team Ø Guide and lead the team in SMS Manual, procedures and other documentation preparation for clients.
