Job Description

Responsibilities:

Support the Operation team in improving each plant's performance in various fields (safety, environment, quality, capacity, competitiveness output, costs).
Lead plant and process upgradation initiatives.
Support new projects and monitor actions concerning technical, process, and SPC studies.
Lead and conduct PHA, LOPA, FMEA, and SPC studies.
Participate in process safety analyses and studies.
Help plants upgrade or install automation in existing plants.
Prepare and review all Management of Change (MOC) proposals and validate them.
Coordinate with project teams to create new P&IDs and update existing ones if needed.
Manage feed and basic engineering for all projects.
Coordinate with R&D and Technical Services for new developments.
Lead feasibility studies, FEED, and basic engineering tasks.
Lead scale-up from pilot to plant commercialization.
Actively participate in Management of Changes related to process changes.
