Senior Sales Manager - Channel Sales

Role Overview:

managing and driving business through Channel Partners, System Integrators, Retailers, and Resellers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute

    channel sales strategies

    to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with

    Channel Partners, System Integrators, Retailers, and Resellers

    to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Drive

    business growth for APC and Luminous UPS, Rack, and PDU products

    across assigned territory.
  • Identify and onboard new partners while strengthening existing partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure timely

    forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management

    .
  • Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, promotions, and product positioning.
  • Conduct

    training and enablement sessions

    for partners to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years

    of experience in Channel Sales within IT/ITES or Power Solutions industry.
  • Proven track record of

    driving revenue through channel ecosystem

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    UPS systems, racks, PDUs, and related infrastructure products

    .
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

    .
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.

Education:

Btech / MBA
