Sr Manager / Manager - Sales Training

As a Senior Manager / Manager in the Sales Training Department at Ipca Laboratories in Mumbai, your role will involve planning and designing training programs, conducting basic training sessions, developing e-learning modules, and identifying training needs for field employees in the Neuro Psychiatry and Dermatology therapy segments. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and design training calendar, pretraining study material, and evaluation criteria. - Conduct basic training sessions for BO/BEs/TMs in Mumbai, including post-training evaluation and feedback. - Develop and deliver e-learning modules. - Implement in-clinic effectiveness programs for experienced field employees. - Conduct field work to identify training needs and provide post-training support when necessary. Competencies Required: - Demonstrated product knowledge in the relevant therapy segment. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Passion, patience, and perseverance in developing sales skills in others. - Emphasis on process orientation and time management. - Excellent interpersonal skills. Qualifications: - Post Graduate/Graduate degree. - MBA/Diploma/Certification in Training preferred.
