Sr. Manager/ Manager/ Lead Engineer/ Deputy Manager/ Asst. Manager-CSA

Role & responsibilities

1. Structural Design & Analysis

• Perform detailed

  design and analysis of RCC and steel structures

  for process plants, pipe racks, equipment foundations, tank foundations, buildings, and other industrial facilities.
• Execute design calculations, modeling, and load analysis in

  3D design environments

  using software such as

  STAAD.Pro

  ,

  ETABS

  , or equivalent tools.
• Ensure structural integrity, stability, and serviceability under various loading conditions (dead, live, wind, seismic, thermal, equipment loads, etc.).
  

2. Application of Design Codes & Standards

• Apply relevant international and local design codes such as

  IS, ACI, AISC, ASCE, BS, UBC

  , and other project/client-specific standards.
• Ensure compliance with

  company specifications

  ,

  client requirements

  , and

  statutory regulations

  .
• Stay updated with revisions and best practices in civil and structural design standards.
  

3. 3D Modelling & Integration

• Work in coordination with 3D modeling teams using tools like

  Tekla

  ,

  SmartPlant 3D (SP3D)

  , and

  Revit

  for developing structural models, drawings, and material take-offs.
• Support integration of structural models with other disciplines (piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation).
• Review and verify model accuracy and resolve interdisciplinary clashes.
  

4. Project Engineering & Coordination

• Coordinate with

  process, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and architectural teams

  for effective design integration and layout development.
• Attend review meetings and interface with clients, vendors, and construction teams to resolve design issues.
• Review vendor drawings and ensure compliance with structural design criteria and project standards.
  

5. Design Documentation & Deliverables

• Prepare and review

  design calculations, general arrangement drawings (GA), fabrication drawings, and material specifications

  .
• Develop

  project-specific standard drawings

  , design criteria, and technical specifications.
• Perform

  checking, auditing, and verification

  of design deliverables to ensure technical accuracy and quality compliance.

6. Project Planning & Estimation

• Participate in

  project planning, scheduling, and resource estimation

  for civil and structural engineering activities.
• Estimate

  effort-hours

  , prepare project execution plans, and monitor progress against schedules.
• Support tendering and proposal teams by providing inputs for cost and schedule estimates.
  

7. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and guide teams of engineers and designers in preparing design deliverables and resolving technical issues.
• Review and approve design calculations, drawings, and reports prepared by team members.
• Ensure proper workload distribution, mentoring, and skill development of junior staff.
  

8. Construction & Site Support

• Provide

  technical support during construction

  , including design clarifications, field issue resolution, and review of site modifications.
• Conduct site visits to verify design implementation and support as-built documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with 04 to 15+ Years experienced candidates should apply.
• Well versed in RCC & Steel both structures & Equipment Foundation.
• should have prior experience in FEED, Detailed Engineering, & EPC Projects.
• Oil & Gas, Chemical,& Petrochemical candidates will be preferred.
• Should have hands on experience in Staad Pro & Auto Cad.
