Job Description

As a Senior Manager/Lead in Admin at Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd., your primary responsibility is to supervise, manage, and enhance the efficiency of admin operations and associated processes. You will oversee daily admin operations, plan and coordinate procedures, implement policies to boost efficiency, conduct audits to improve business operations, and ensure timely delivery from vendors. Your role also includes negotiating contracts, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with budgetary limits. Furthermore, you will collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to organize corporate events and prepare monthly administration reports. - Oversee and manage daily admin operations - Plan, coordinate, and manage admin procedures and processes - Develop and implement policies, procedures, and processes to improve efficiency - Audit admin processes to enhance seamless business operations - Initiate audits to improve security operations and share MIS with management - Ensure timely and efficient delivery from vendors - Identify and onboard service vendors under cost-effective contracts - Negotiate annual contracts/agreements during renewals with all service vendors - Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors - Investigate and create root cause analysis - Provide necessary training to staff by vendors and ensure 100% statutory compliance - Work closely with leaders, team leads, and stakeholders to organize corporate events including project launches - Prepare monthly administration reports Qualification Required: - Graduate/Post-Graduate in any stream - 10-14 years of overall experience with a minimum of 8 years in the admin function in a corporate setup The company, Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd., values strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities in its employees.
