Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the planning and execution of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects. Develop project schedules, resource planning, and material procurement strategies. Coordinate with design, production, and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Optimize fabrication and erection plans to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Monitor project progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion. Implement best practices for process improvements and cost control. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in PEB projects. Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution. Maintain documentation of project reports, schedules, and performance metrics. Lead and mentor the planning team to achieve operational excellence.
