Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Quality Leadership: Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive quality management systems aligned with industry standards (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.). Define quality objectives and establish performance metrics for infrastructure projects. Quality Control and Assurance: Lead inspections, audits, and testing procedures to ensure materials and processes meet quality standards. Identify non-conformances and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolution. Compliance Management: Ensure strict compliance with local and international construction codes, safety standards, and company policies. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory authorities for certifications and approvals. Team and Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead a team of quality professionals, providing mentorship and technical guidance. Work closely with project managers, contractors, and vendors to align on quality expectations and deliverables. Continuous Improvement: Analyze project outcomes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes. Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in quality management for infrastructure projects.
