Role Overview: The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of leadership and mentoring in a technology-driven environment, specifically within Manufacturing and Supply Chain applications. You will play a crucial role in the global ERP transformation initiative aimed at enabling next-generation digital capabilities in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include leading the design, deployment, and validation of SAP S/4HANA solutions across core PTS areas. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the global functional lead for Plant-to-Stock processes in the ERP implementation program, driving solution design, data harmonization, and deployment across sites. - Provide functional leadership and best practice expertise across SAP PP, SAP PP/DS, SAP QM, and Master Data. - Lead and/or support the delivery of SAP P2S projects, rollouts, and enhancements. - Coordinate cross-functional integration with adjacent SAP modules and advanced planning tools. - Collaborate with global stakeholders in Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain Planning to identify improvement opportunities. - Facilitate workshops, gap analysis, and future-state design sessions for effective SAP solutions. - Support change management, user training, and adoption across impacted sites. - Analyze supply chain operational data to identify opportunities and develop insights for business transformation. - Ensure compliance with GxP, SOX, and data governance standards. - Define and maintain plant-to-stock KPIs, documentation standards, and functional specifications. - Develop talent, motivate the team, delegate effectively, and champion diversity within the team. - Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams to ensure alignment with strategy and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Required: - 12 - 17 years of experience in Supply Chain Technology, Supply Chain Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience with SAP PP, SAP PP/DS, SCC, and QM in a manufacturing or life sciences environment. - Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA or ECC transformation projects. - Deep functional expertise in end-to-end plant-to-stock processes and integration with planning, execution, and quality modules. - Knowledge of Advanced Planning and Master Data Governance concepts. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Familiarity with validated systems and computer system validation practices. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive high-quality outcomes under tight timelines. - Ability to design technical solutions leveraging Maestro (RapidResponse) capabilities. - Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
