Looking for a bold, imaginative, and strategic Marketing Leader as a Digital Marketing Head to lead our brands digital growth journey someone who can combine creativity with performance, strategy with execution, and data with storytelling.
About the Role :
Develop and lead the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals for admissions, brand awareness, and engagement.
Drive digital transformation across marketing functions and lead a team of in-house and agency partners.
Own and optimize all paid campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.) for lead generation and admissions growth.
Manage marketing spends and ensure strong ROI across channels.
Track and measure campaign performance, web analytics, and lead funnel metrics.
Leverage data-driven insights to refine campaigns and optimize conversions.
Oversee website performance, SEO strategy, and UX optimization for better traffic and lead quality.
Partner with Business, Admissions, and Centre Operations teams to align marketing efforts with growth objectives.
Desired Profile:
8 - 12 years of digital marketing experience, preferably with strong exposure to education, consumer services, or retail brands.
Proven expertise in performance marketing, campaign analytics, and digital brand building.
Hands-on experience with digital tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Analytics, CRM, etc.).
Strong leadership, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
Self-driven, data-oriented, and passionate about scaling a purpose-led brand.
