Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive transformation agendas across multiple projects to optimize costs and operational efficiency.
Build Lean Six Sigma capabilities by conducting training, mentoring, and certifying Lean, Yellow Belt, and Green Belt projects.
Identify and lead high-impact Black Belt projects focusing on CTQs such as Quality, Productivity, etc.
Support transitions from Quality to implementing Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) to measure process performance.
Implement internal Quality Control Management frameworks, including auditing, RCA, and CAPA implementation to meet SLA targets.
Conduct process operational risk assessments (e.g., FMEA) and propose necessary controls.
Apply visual management techniques to monitor operations on the floor.
Identify improvement opportunities via end-to-end Value Stream Mapping (VSM) workshops.
Lead change management initiatives independently.
Utilize knowledge of RPA/automation solutions to implement end-to-end process improvements.
Conduct client-facing presentations and maintain strong engagement with stakeholders.
