Sr. Manager Business Excellence

Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant on the Lean Design team, you will collaborate with the business to identify opportunities and design processes to enhance the maturity of the business-operating model, optimize the return on digital/automation investments, and enhance the overall system performance. You will be utilizing your expertise in Design Thinking, systems thinking, LEAN, and hypothesis-based Six Sigma problem-solving techniques to drive efficiencies and address issues. Key Responsibilities: - Lead research sessions with clients to understand their experiences, unmet needs, desires, and moments of truth - Overlay identified opportunities on the current operating model and utilize LEAN and Six Sigma techniques to uncover root causes of inefficiencies - Assist in developing a digital transformation target operating model, including recommendations on automation, workflows, web applications, data science, and employee training for enhancing the client experience - Conduct design sessions and test proposed solutions through experiments to ensure only the best ideas are advanced to development and deployment teams - Collaborate with product owners, business, and technology leaders to create minimal viable products (MVPs) for accelerating client improvements, leveraging AGILE and change management principles - Influence partners through change roadmaps and improvement backlogs to achieve the objectives of an exceptional client experience based on the target operating model - Provide Capacity Insights to the operations team for FTE planning and support capacity gains through target re-baselining - Develop a roadmap of Transformation and Continuous Improvement initiatives in coordination with Business Heads and alignment with Canadian Lean Design Director/s Qualifications Required: - Experience in Design Thinking, systems thinking, LEAN, and hypothesis-based Six Sigma problem-solving techniques - Strong understanding of digital transformation, automation, workflows, web applications, data science, and employee training - Proficiency in AGILE methodologies and change management principles - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, product owners, and technology leaders Note: The job posting is categorized under Business Analysis - Process and the posting end date is 30/10/2025.,
