Sr. Manager Business Development - Teleservices

The Sr. Manager Business Development role at Denaves is a senior individual contributor position focused on driving the company's growth in India. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, particularly within Enterprise level accounts across Technology, FMCG, Retail, and Telecom verticals in the region. We are seeking a self-starter with relevant experience who is capable of working independently and proficient in selling services like Tele Sales, Data Analytics, and other B2B offerings. As the Sr. Manager Business Development, you will be responsible for developing plans and strategies to achieve the company's sales goals. This includes creating a target pipeline with a focus on key accounts, forecasting revenue, driving rapid revenue growth, maintaining consistent activity levels month over month, building and managing relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales, profit, and strategic objectives. You will have end-to-end ownership of the customer acquisition process from identification to ongoing account management. The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an MBA considered advantageous. You should possess over 10 years of successful sales experience in B2B outsourcing services, with a focus on acquiring new customers and business. Additionally, you should have more than 5 years of experience managing Enterprise level client accounts in the India region. A hands-on approach, a relentless drive to win, passion for sales, and the ability to exceed revenue targets are essential qualities for this role. Strong written, presentation, and oral communication skills are required, along with a solid understanding of the trends influencing innovation in B2B outsourcing services, Teleservices, Marketing Services, Inside Sales, and Digital Marketing Services.,
