Senior Manager Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee

  end-to-end corporate accounting

  , ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
• Manage

  statutory, internal, and tax audits

  , coordinating with auditors and stakeholders.
• Handle

  GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory compliances

  , ensuring timely filing and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with

  Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)

  and other applicable accounting principles.
• Review and finalize

  monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

  and MIS reports.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls in the finance function.
• Work closely with management to support

  strategic decision-making, budgeting, and forecasting

  .
• Liaise with external consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Chartered Accountant (CA)

  with 68 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong background in

  corporate accounting, audit management, GST, and Income Tax

  .
• In-depth knowledge of

  accounting standards (Ind AS/IGAAP)

  and compliance frameworks.
• Must be

  expert in MS Excel (advanced functions, financial modeling, MIS reports)

  .
• Proficiency in

  Tally ERP

  with hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting and reporting.
• Proven ability to handle

  statutory audits

  and regulatory filings independently.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
